Our outdoor spaces can be our greatest course of support and healing when we —- to become energized green sanctuaries that help restore the spirit and support work, play and rest. We enter into each project with a fully collaborative approach that calls on the spirit of the place, land, trees, plants, stone and soil, and positions the ‘property owner’ instead as steward of the land. As we activate the energetic beauty and fullness of the land we restore the ecosystem of which we are a part of and manifest a reciprocal regenerative relationship
AT SINCLAIR LAND DESIGN
We meet for about 30 minutes, walk the land, and hear your needs and intentions for the land. We will discuss the energies you most would like to highlight. i.e. Qualities of: protection, nourishment, inspiration, joy, play, love, community, co-creation, reconnection with nature, rest, peace, etc. You will also share with me the more structural ideas for the space and any specifics you would like to add. I will then walk and sit with the land for 1-2 hours to receive communication from the spirits of land and plant and assess the space from a design perspective.

Land Reading & Consultation
I will sit with the information received from your land and further read the land's wisdom. I will combine this information with my garden design expertise to create a hand rendered, to-scale color drawing of your land/garden noting locations of existing house and plantings/structures where appropriate along with the new ideas.
$500 single small garden,
$2500+ depending on the square footage and level of detail

Good design requires vision, and Tracy's gift of sight is twofold. Her intuition is exact, and her eye for aesthetics is sophisticated. As her client, with a strong vision of my own, I trusted Tracy would design a beautiful garden for me - but I hadn't realized she would heal my land and my heart. Her work has helped connect me to parts of myself I hadn't yet seen, and planted seeds of prosperity in our family home.
